Worst service provider

The beginning of last month I bought 2gigs of date and for the whole month the request was pending. I never went back and checked that autopage actually did there job so I was blessed with a huge bill this month. I phoned customer care and they informed me that I cant buy data on there site because they are experiencing technical difficulties. I need to come into the store or phone them whenever I need to buy date. How can you put something on your site for customers to use if it is not working. I've been with Autopage for about 12 years now and I cant wait for my contract to end I am actually considering to end my contract as soon as possible.
