WORST SERVICE IN MY LIFE

Sent phone in for repairs. 6 weeks later, got it back. NOT REPAIRED. Contacted them and they sent an email saying they would replace my phone with a refurbished handset. I've been calling them. Each time I get cut off. Eventually some person told me phone is at repair centre. They denied saying it would be replaced, even though I'm in possession of the email saying they would. I have 4 accounts with Autopage. I will not renew them. Totally disgusting how I'm being treated.
