Worst service I have ever experienced

My phone was ****** on the 19th of November. I went to ALtech Autopage in Cresta and I completed forms which was submitted. On the Monday I was told that the phone could not be black listed as the sim was not a Altech sim. I received my upgrade and sim from Altech in Cresta so not sure how it cannot be a Altech sim.<br> I phoned the call centre and they said the phone is now blacklisted but they will sms reference nr but if could take 48 hours. After 48 hours I phoned again and the lady told me the same story about the sim not being an Altech sim and that the matter had to be escalated to ***** and risk department. Why did they not escalate it from the word go? It is now 3 working days later and still nothing. I will NOT renew my contract when it becomes due.
