WORST SERVICE EVER RECEIVED

I handed in documentation on the 8th December 2014 to have my cellphone account changed from a Company name into my personal name. I was told it would take 2-5 working days. It's now 2 months later and it still has not been done. I have phoned them over 20 times each time being told someone will call me back, which no one ever does!! I have never ever dealt with service as poor as this!!!<br> <br> MTN or Vodacom please help!!<br> <br> Stewart
