Worst service ever, no care attitude

I submitted a request to cancel a service on my contract, this was done in November 2014....a few months later i realized that they are still deducting the service every month R130. I queriedagain and was promised that it will be cancelled and i would be refunded.a month ago i saw that it was still not cancelled and was still being billed, i queried again and was given a ref number:594424and was told i will be contacted, refunded and that it will be cancelled. Today 2 weeks later no one has contacted me and i phoned again and again i was told that it has been escalated. This has been so far the worst service iv ever received, false promises, *****ing my money every month now since last year November and no one responding to request after request. Pleasecould someone assist me???before the end of the year possibly?????<br>
