WORST SERVICE EVER IN ANY INDUSTRY ALTECH AUTOPAGE

Got contr @ Altech Sandrdge on19/12/14.(Nokia & Xbox-R269 a mth. From go xbox tray not open 2-3 attempts. Never having owned xbox (always PS). Not sure if was major as opened on 4th atempt. Checked cables to b sure & as it opened fairly quickly I thought ok. Got deal for my 10yr old. Xbox 4 Xmas, cell 4 10 bday. Tray didn't open 1/2 tyms more ovr 4 days but wrked then 24/12 refused 2 open. unit not used again 4 safety. Obvious faulty, took straight to Snridge 27/12. Told take it to H/O in Midrnd on 29/12.H/O \must take it back to Sndridge & since 7 days had passed nothing they cud do"Pub Holdays & wkends? Sandrdge \""leave it with them they will sort it 2-3 dys\"". I caled constnt"
