WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!

I have been with Nashua for some time and have been moved over to Autopage since last year for god knows what reason. Since being moved, i have had ENDLESS problems with this service provider. My phone for some reason was softlocked and according to them this was due to internet usage of almost R200 which i dont even use the internet. <br> <br> I then called into their call center to lift the softlock which they said they were going to do BUT FAILED TO DO SO! i called in again and spoke to this VER ARROGANT AND SARCASTIC african dude Siyabonga Matida who blatantly said im dumb and illiterate and believe it or not called me stupid. <br> <br> I have had bad service before but this was the ultimate. I hope that something will be done about this as their managers are forever busy when you need to speak to them and get things sorted out. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE TO ANYONE.
