WORST SERVICE EVER

I handed in my phone on the 31st of July for repairs as it is covered by Autopage Insurance. It has been 9 weeks and is till do not have my phone back. When I handed in the phone the Guys at Menlyn Autopage said that they have to switch off find my I-phone before working on the phone, but they were to in component to even do this as their service in the shop is also very shocking!!! The repairs were delayed and now that they have approved the repair after 8 weeks they do not have spares and they can not tell me when I will receive my phone back. I and still paying on a monthly basis for a handset and insurance that I am not getting any benefit from. They did not offer me a loan handset. They do not call back when messages are left and their attitude really ****! I will never refer any one to make use of their service. I have been a client for over 12 years and this is how you treat loyal clients. I will move my contracts from you one by one. This will make no difference to you, because you are a big company and do not worry about the individual. Worst Service ever!!!!!
