WORST SERVICE EVER

Hi.<br> Every Month my bill go off via debit order for 5 years now. In july my debit order was not released. In August they debit the amount twice. On the 2nd of Sept they debit the latest instalments. I went there to Upgrade and they say my acc is in arrears! I have got the proof of debit orders from my bank to say all is successful!! I keep phoning and no one can see an allocation of where my money has gone to. NOW I WONDER WHERE IS MY MONEY!!! MY BANK SAYS IT IS A DEBIT ORDER FROM AUTOPAGE. I keep phoning LITA from accounts department but she keeps on putting the phone down on me.<br> I have never heard of anything like this before. Be careful for AUTOPAGE!!!
