Worst service ever

So after being put on hold for 30 minutes, after sending countless emails, even after going into the store I have yet to receive a response from Altech Autopage.<br> I need paperwork to cancel my contract/port my number, yet no one has these papers or can send them to me.<br> My time with Autopage has been an absolute nightmare, and now trying to get rid of them is even worse.<br> I am at the end of my rope and all I have to say is, to anyone considering moving to Autopage, DONT!!<br> I have an endless list of problems I've had with this service provider. If only as many people phoned me to assist me with my problem, as they did when they wanted me to extend my contract.
