Worst service ever

this is the second time I am forced to place a complaint against Autopage and it is really worrying to see that there are 22 complaints today only on hello peter. My internet-connection has been cut off repeatedly over the last two weeks saying that I haven't paid my account which is not possible since I have a debit order for the account. During these last two weeks a have spent countless hours on the phone or at the shop trying to fix the problem. As a result of ''not paying'' I have also now been blacklisted at the bank. This is totally unacceptable since I need my laptop do work and in return generate a income which has not been possible due to this bad service. Today only after I had lost my temper was my internet 'magically' working within minutes. It brings me great sadness to say that I wish I had never done business with Altech Autopage and that I would love just to cancel my contract, give everything back and go anywhere else!!! This is only the main problem I have concerning Autopage,
