WORST SERVICE

the worst service ever. i have been put on hold for more than 1hour. 1st it was the billing i had to beg these people to bill my count afte being moved from nashua. this morning only i spoke to 4 consultant still no action no bosy is willing to assist. the attitude i have received its out of this planet. its been todays without a phone and now this has compromised my work. im so gatvol of this service provider. my common sens tells me when a contract has expired and canncellation has been done the number becomes a prepaid not disconnect the phone.... IM TOTALLY DISSAPOINTED. I WILL NEVER RECOMMENT YOU TO ANY ONE.
