Worst service

I have been a loyal customer of autopage since 2007, but this will be my last year with them. *********** staff and absolutely no service delivery is the main reasons. Ive had to give in my iPhone 6 for repairs and that was on the 5th of Oct. I am still without a phone and I've had absolutely no update from them as to whats happening. I was given the repair centre's direct number due to them not wanting to deal with me anymore so what exactly am i paying autopage for? They don't know whats going on half the time. My phone was laying at the repair centre for two weeks with no one looking at it because the find my iphone was still on. No one from autopage bothered to call me,it was due to me constantly calling them that i managed to find out there is a problem. I found the people at the iphone repair centre to be very helpful and pleasant, autopage staff was rude and condescending. I urge anyone that's contemplating a contract with them to steer clear, they are useless and you will have no assistance after signing that contract.
