Worst Network ever

I am so disgusted with the service ok wait no service from altech autopage, in decemeber they disconnected my line without informing me because my limit was reached which i was ok with i did not call and complain, then the account got paid, but they still did not reconnect my line i waited and waited but no joy so i tried calling them, after over 8 attempts i finally got them on the line( each attempt the call was answered and cut ) i ask them why it was not reconnected they say system fault they will sort out, everything you complain to them about they say system fault, i asked for a manager to call me and to date no call, so i decided i will pay cash from now on no debit and i have already received phone calls and numerous msg's requesting payment which apparently because its a cash payment must be made before the 15th of the month which from my side is BS, i will not pay on the 15th, i cant explain my anger towards this network, i wish i could just cancel my contract with them
