Worst Customer Service - Ridiculously high bills

So many things, so little space, one month they deduct money, next month they don't, then without warning they cut off you phone. Next month they deduct money after you made payments the previous month, then it takes them 40working days to pay you back, then you receive a bill for almost R4000 the next month. When you complain, the NEVER respond EVER! Only when you complain here! So tired of Autopage, can't wait for my contract to end! STAY AWAY PEOPLE, everyone i met so far who has an account with the complain, can't wait for there contracts to end. Every month there is an issue!!!!!! Can customer service know, they will tell you how many back payments they have,,, wonder why??? Bad service, or *********** workers, when will this ever change???
