Worst company ever!!!.. arrgghhh

I woke up this morning, with anger as Autopage once again deducted money from my account when I am no longer their customer!!! Is it so difficult to understand - stop deducting money from my account!! I've spoken to your *********** call centre numerous times ... asked to listen to recordings all I get is more incompetence!! If you ask to speak to a manger they put the phone down in your ear??? Do you even monitor their calls??? I phoned the call centre once again last week and I phoned back about 7 times as they continually drop the call if you ask to speak to a manager!!! I then demanded a ref no... only to phone back a couple of minutes later citing the ref no and they told me it does not exist ... so now these agents give customers invalid/ wrong reference numbers so they cannot be traced!! ?? When I checked the agent about my calls being dropped she told me that she will also drop my call if I don't \calm"down... ***shocked*** I will spread the word how pathetic your company is and will NEVER take another contract out from you guys... Pay Me back my money or I will make sure your company with your shady practices gets investigated and exposed!!!!! """
