Worst company by far!!!

Altech Autopage has to be by far the worst company in South Africa!!. I regret the day I set foot in this shop!!!Firstly over 2 years ago I paid up this account and instead of closing the account, they continued to debit money from account for 8 months, I managed to reverse two payments from the bank. I followed up with the bank for the remainder of the money and their response was that it was lost in the system. If that was not annoying enough and a clear sign of incompetence, they have handed me over to debt collectors on top of them owing me money. I went to their branch in Menlyn twice to complain about these letters; smses and calls from the debt collectors, all they said to was to ignore them. The debt collectors say they cannot stop harassing me until their client updates their system. They are unable to give me a paid up letter; they handed me over to debt collectors yet they owe me money and NOW I AM BLACKLISTED!! How *********** do you have to be...they ruined my credit because of their competency and plain stupidity. To anybody who is reading this and is thinking about altech autopage; run as fast as you can in the opposite direction.
