Worst Cellular Service Probider

I phoned Girly on the 3rd of March to upgrade my data contract for an I3 Lenovo Laptop stating that it was urgently required for my daughter to use on Campus.<br> We sent 5 emails to each other confirming the devise. She sends me an HP. 38 phone calls and 22 emails later I still don't have a device. <br> The original laptop was collected by Autopage 2 weeks ago.<br> I finally get hold of her, by chance, on the phone, and she asked me to go to the Gateway Store and fetch a Lenovo Laptop..<br> I3 visits, and ****ms later I still don't have a Laptop because the old one has not been credited<br> I have been their Client for 13 years with 5 contracts.....<br> Is this the service to expect from a company that says so much..... The more sickening thing is that I have left 6 messages for her Managers to call me and guess What,,,,,? Not a single call
