Worse than Eskom

Autopage have taken poor service and incompetence to a whole new level of appalling. I have had a problem with my phone - it sometimes rings when a call is coming in, but sometimes it doesn't. It then shows on my phone as a missed call. It also sometimes just goes directly to voicemail. Apparently the problem lies with MTN, but because I'm an Autopage client, I have to go through them. 2 weeks and more than 15 phone calls later, this is still not sorted. I use my phone for business, so please imagine my frustration. Nevermind the additional costs I am incurring, because i have to return all the missed calls. You also can never get the same person on the phone. I get reference numbers and promises that this will be sorted out and it isn't. I am really ready to tear my hair out. I won't even go into the problems of my promised upgrade - another whole issue that also hasn't been sorted out.
