wont release my cell number to be imported

I am absolutely furious with your autopage service I want my phone number to be imported by MTN and I have been trying to get this done for the last THREE weeks and they can't import it because your system won't let it. According to your employees your system says my phone is deactivated but clearly it is not. Your employees tell me nonsense and just don't care at all. (Victoria Road PMB - they tell me my phone is now on prepaid - it is NOT!!!! ) Your customer care-line is even worse - one holds on for ever and ever then gets cut off. Your service is useless and unhelpful. I would not recommend you to anybody And don't even think of blaming Cell C. That will make me more mad because why are you being paid a fee? Then I send an email to complain and the reply is:<br> Your service request with reference number 894857 has now been closed. Are you serious? CLOSED!!! - you don't want to help so you just close the case.!!!! <br>
