Wireless charger not supp**** for 6 months

I took out a contract in August 2015 for a samsung s6 and when I asked for the wireless charger,I was informed that there is no stock and that Yahida would speak to management. A month later I asked about the charger and was told that management said once stock comes in we will receive one.Month after month and no charger.Its been 6 months since I have taken out the contract and still no stock.I sent my son there 25/02/2016 to get the charger,spoke to yahida and she has again said she will spek to management.She advised that she will call or email today,Like she has done in the past.I have numerous contracts with autopage and have been with them for years and to be treated like this is disgusting.Im so angry with the service I have received from yahida and the management at autopage pavillion in Durban.They dont even have the descency to call.I have to keep calling and getting the same stories.Disgusted at Autopage.
