WHY ARE THE SHOP NOT INFORMED ABOUT EARLY UPGRADES

i went to this hop at bracken city and told them the Auto page website say we have a possibility on a early upgrade, well I was rudely inform I must wait for my upgrade date. Why do auto page employee people that do not keep them self up to date on what is happening , or are they trained but do not care about customer service. Personally I will never use this outlet or phone auto page customer service for upgrades because that are as rude as these people at this at this shop.THANKS FOR OPENING MY EYES I WILL NEVER UPGRADE AGAIN AND PLEASE REMOVE YOUR ADVERTI*****T ON YOUR WEB PAGE ON EARLY UPGRADES BECAUSE NOBODY CAN HELP US WITH IT.MY ACCOUNT WILL BE CANCELLED AFTER CONTRACT EXPIRE..
