What the hell did you do???

My debit order for my husband's cellphone and my laptop is supposed to go off on the 7th of every month. It's a fixed amount of R 470.00, this is what goes off every month, until this month when I received an sms saying that a debit order for R 2781.68, for Autopage came back unpaid!!! Can you please tell me how the hell you came up to this amount???? Needless to say the debit order came back as unpaid and I was charged R 137 for an unpaid debit order as well?? Can you people please tell why the hell I need to pay for your mistake??? And now it looks bad because my account hasn't been paid!!! This really is unacceptable!!!! I want someone to contact me with answers and tell me why this happened?? And I want you to refund me the money that I was unnecessarily charged for the unpaid debit order!!!!!
