WHAT SERVICE??

I have been an Altech customer for more than 7 years now, but honestly lately one has to wonder why.<br> I have requested information from them in 2013 already which I have yet to receive a response on. And I DO follow up. I have also submitted numerous queries - again with no response. I have mailed Clinton Neill - who is supposed to be higher up. Your get shoved from one person to the next with no resolve. You are asked to call the 0861 number, but they always have high call volumes and then just cut the call. Is lack of service standard across the board at this company? One can understand why people are resorting to putting up banners protesting... Will someone bother calling me back or at least responding to my emails?
