what is so hard about debating my account?!

I complained a few days ago because Altech autopage mislead me to thinking i had a debt order set up with them only to find out after my account was suspended that no debt order was set up on my name! The woman who i spoke to was not only rude but also did nt even give me a chance to say which day i would like my debit order to be set up on instead she just put it as the last day of each month. After 2 weeks of my phone being suspended i was happy that the 31st had come around and received an sms saying thank you for your payment and my subscription will be reinstated, my mobile data has not been working even after i received the sms and now when i call your call centre im told that my account was not debated and cant explain why i received that sms!!! Please explain??? cant you guys do something as simple as debit my account!! <br> 1. why did i receive an sms on the 31st thanking me for my payment when my account wasnt debited<br> 2 why was my account debated on the 6th of sept for R110 but couldn't debit my account for my monthly subscription?<br> 3 how are you people going to compensate me for all the stress and inconvenience you put me through?<br> I hv neva had such a bad exp in my life!!
