WHAT A JOKE!!!!!

I went to autopage in westwood mall to get a new contract. i was told that i could port my existing number over to the new contract and was told it would take up to 7 days to do so which i didnt have a problem with. then after 7 days nothing was done i was still waiting for it to happen so i went into the branch to see what the problem was. i was then told that it can take 2 weeks to port the number across and was told that if i took a new number it would be quicker this was last saturday and was promised the the new number would be active by monday afternoon. on monday i still did not have a active number and when i called to find out what happened i was then told that the lady i delt with on the sat told me tuesday morning latest of which i was not told but i let it go as it was 1 day more. then yesterday i was told that the number i was given was a reused number and didnt exist. i left a message for the manager of the store to contact me and i still have not received a call!!!!!! this is the worst service i have ever received!!! and i am disgusted in the way this has been delt with!!!
