WARNING - NEVER EVER USE AUTOPAGE!!!

I paid the invoice I received this month in full, despite a dispute over the amount. I am then called by a collecting agency. When I enquired about the amount they claimed I owed them I received an apology - I did not owe Autopage. The following week I received another call from the collecting agency, then an sms telling me to pay within 48 hours. No amount mentioned. Finally someone call Nelisiwe Mthembu e-mailed me - after I had told an Autopage caller to send me an e-mail (never do anything with Autopage that is not in writing). Nelisiwe told me in the e-mail that I owed them some ridiculous amount. I queried this. Oh! they had not credited me for my last payment. But she/he said I still owe them! Neither have they credited me for the payment I made in April!! I asked for an invoice, not an e-mail from someone who sucks figures out of his/her thumb. Nothing yet .... Well done Autopage!!! Another mess for you to sort out. To anyone who reads this - contact the Regulator, ICASA and the National Consumer Council. That is the only way you get a response out of Autopage.
