They never run out off excuses and you will still be found with items they still owe you with your deal.<br> <br> Fist it starts that I pick up my Samsung Galaxy S6 edge and it has a defect on the back cover. Then I wait almost a week for a new phone. The gold edge has a Samsung cover that comes with it.Then they dont give me the cover while there store is full on with the covers and tell me they are waiting for the head office to send the cover.It has been now more then 2 weeks, I call them all the time and they always having the same excuses or having a new one they cook up. Another thing I get 2GB data with my contact and they gave me 780mb. I called them about it and they said, \they will check it up and come back to me"but THEY NEVER did. They never called me in all this time to inform me what is going on and im still waiting.
