WAITING THREE WEEKS FOR A REPAIR

Good day,<br> <br> i have sent my iphone 5s for repairs on the 19th January 2015. however nobody knows whats going on with my repair, whenever i call the branch, they says its sent to an external repair centre. The staff at the branch isnt helpfull, this is the worst service i ever had.. i have always been told by autopage to contact the mtn repair centre... there was no proof of purchase given to the head office....IM UTTERLY DISGUSTED WITH THIS SERVICE... I WANT MY IPHONE FIXED AND RETURNED! THIS IS THE WORST SERVICEI EVER HAD WITH ANY SERVICE PROVIDER....THE EXCUSE IS MTN IS BACK LOGGED!!!!! SORT MY F*****G PHONE OUT
