WAITING IN VAIN

This is the 13th day of August and I am still without my I-phone. The phone is now officially 4 months with Altech Autopage so that the screen can be repaired. All I receive is sms's stating that the phone is in the queue for repairs (20/07/2015 & 04/08/2015) The people at customer service not able or willing to inform me when I will eventually receive my phone. I hope it will be before the beginning of 2016. I tried to speak to managers but are refused that opportunity. Next time I will rather take my phone to one of the Pakistan repairers. it takes them only 1 day to repair a screen. I will rather pay then wait forever.
