Waiting for SIM card and I've been disconnected
I have been waiting for my new SIM card for 2 months. Altech east rand mall keeps saying they are going to deliver it but I still don't have it. Now they have disconnected me and my phone does not work and I still I don't have my SIM card. Terrible service. I have had my account with Altech since 1995. Is this how they treat their long standing clients?
