Waiting for my Sony Experia V

I took my Sony cell in on the 30th of December 2014. The manager in charge confirmed that i would wait for 4-6 weeks MAXIMUM!<br> It is now the 6th of March 2015! I am still phone less and paying my premium every month!<br> I already don't have any good servicing feedback for Auto Page as my package deal started out wrong as well, and now I've had enough!<br> How can a factory, who's main job is making sure a phone is ready to be sold & used, be busy with ONE phone for THREE MONTHS? Is auotpage on backlog or what?<br>
