Waiting for my cellphone

the service is terrible at the greenacres shop. Every time I go there, there is a different story on the progress of my phone. The whole thing started with a phone i received that was a faulty. They send the phone back and all was good for the phone to be replaced with another phone. Now after almost 3 months there is still a problem with getting my phone. Is there anything i can do?
