Waiting for a refund

<p>It has been months since MTN took over Altech Autopage clients. No notification was sent from either Altech or MTN to advise of this or to ask whether customers wanted to move. I then kept paying my monthly subscription to the Altech Autopage bank account for months until MTN advised that Im behind with my payments. First time I ever heard from them. Now I am waiting for Altech Autopage to refund my money and they taking forever and MTN has nicely blocked my phone now. As a pensioner of over 60 I dont have extra money lying around to pay MTN and I cant get the money from Altech. They have excuses all the time. Is this actually also not MTN 's job to do because thyley chose to take over. My account number is ********** 013.</p>
