Waiting for 1 Month for sim swop and activation!!

I received my upgrade and sim on the Thursday 9 April 2015. I phoned Autopage to activate new sim, was moving from cell c to MTN. Nothing was done. After several phone calls and a week later, still no change.<br> <br> Received an email from Sifiso Mlangeni asking for the sim number. He rep**** a week later saying that the issue has been escalated to the IT department. <br> <br> Here I am a month later still waiting and no one has gotten back to me.<br> <br> I turn to to hellopeter.com for help.
