WAITING 6 WEEKS FOR A DAMAGED PHONE

I submitted my damaged cellphone to Altech Auto Page on the 02/12/2015 . I was called to come and collect my phone when i arrived at Sandton City for collection and the phone was not repaired.<br> The service center called once and not again and then rejected the quote.<br> Then i was expected to pay a R150.00 quote rejection fee all because the consultant had not uploaded the insurance papers.<br> So now i have to wait another 6 weeks hoping for the phone to be repaired.<br> This is totally unacceptable. <br> i don't see why my time and petrol has to continuously be wasted as your consultants are incapable to doing their jobs correctly.<br> I was promised that i would receive a call everyday with regards to the process of the phone it is now tuesday i have given not one not two but three alternative contact numbers and still have not received no communication what so ever! <br> i Will cancel all of my contracts with auto-page if this is the service you provide your customers with! <br> Further more if this is not dealt with immediately i will take it up further.<br>
