Waiting 2 Months

After sending my Fridge and washing machine to Altec I went an collected it. Bought food put in the fridge, put the fridge on and left for the weekend only to return and found out that the fridge is still not in a working condition.<br> I reported this to Altec and every time I phone the answer is I will phone you back, we will come tomorrow etc.<br> 2 Month down the lane I want my money back and the excuses is still the same we will come tomorrow. their telephone number is ***
