Waiting 14 days plus for feedback on CELL C update

Cell C sent an sms in January notifying all prepaid and contract subscribers of tariff plans changing and being in effect from 1 February 2015.<br> <br> I noticed that the cell c infinity select contract I am on will be allocated 10 GIG of mobile data from 1st of Feb.<br> <br> When I noticed this not to be the case I contacted Autopage to bring this to their attention.<br> <br> They then said CELL C would give feedback within 24 hours.<br> <br> Today is the 16th and I called Autopage again as I still had no feedback.<br> <br> First time I called and after explaining my problem and giving my number to them I was cut off.<br> <br> Second time around I was told that a manager is being called to speak to me, I waited 10 minutes and then I could not wait any longer.
