Very Very poor service!!!

On 19 May I logged a complaint on Hello Peter regarding the poor service from Autopage. They promised that they will contact me. Up to today no one has contacted me regarding my complaint. I have contacted them no less than three times and every person has a more ridicules excuse. The last excuse was that they don't have some voucher therefore they could not send my handset. I DID NOT UPGRADE TO A VOUCHER BUT A PHONE. AGAIN... PLEASE CANCEL MY UPGRADE BECAUSE I WANT TO CANCEL MY CONTRACT WITH YOU PEOPLE!!!!!! I can choose any colour phone + a wireless charger from Vodashop in any case. So please don't phone me or make a promise on this site, JUST CANCEL EVERYTHING!!!
