VERY VERY POOR ACTUALLY NO SERVICE RECEIVED

I gave my Samsung S4 in for repairs beginning September 2015, and I still haven't received my phone?<br> I took my phone in on a Saturday and left it with Ken, when I phoned the Monday Ken was not in and my phone was never even booked in and they couldn't find my phone. They promised to contact me but never did.<br> I phoned head office numerous time and they just keep on referring me to the branch without even trying to assist as well. I went to the store again Sunday the 15th of November 2015 and Ken said Slindile will contact me, she never did. When I phoned yesterday the 16th (11:30 am) Ken told me Slindile was on training. Their service is pathetic and I will never ever make use of their services again. Don't they know about customer service? Ken is not helpful and very rude, on Sunday he had a very bad attitude. Now today I need to contact them again - my money wasted on people that can't even follow up on my phone or contact their clients with feedback. Who do I get to assist as I need my phone before the end of this week?
