Very very bad service

My cellphone been cut after the system decided im now a cash payer and not on debit. Debit order didnt went of due to receiving my salary late. Did send a email 2 ask for change of debit order date. Spoke 2 a man yesterday and he said he wil fix the problem an re instate my connection. Today is been cut again and after phonening 3 times and kept hanging on somebody else's phone I borrowed just 2 be cut off again. They don't even bother to phone back at all. This us going 2 facebook too
