VERY VERY BAD SERVICE

So after speaking with a lady from Head Office over a month ago and her confirming that my account will be taken down to a Top Up as originally discussed. I noted that my account was debited nearly R600 this month and not the R179 as arranged. I have sent Veshan Sigaban numerous e-mails and called him on numerous times, but he is never available and never ever returns his e-mails. I will now proceed to reverse my debit order and I now demand some better service!!!!!! Sis on your bad bad bad service Altech Autopage you have never ever once given me good service!!!!
