Very unhelpful.

I would just like to say that I tried to get info about my cell phone account that my Father pay's for , but when I tried to phone them they kept on putting me on hold all the time & saying that they would transfer me to the next person, but instead they put the phone down on me &n had a very extremely bad attitude towards me & were very unhelpful towards me. they sent me a sms to my number &B not to my father's number on Friday telling me that if a certain payment was not made asap then my line would be cut, & so that's why I tried to call them again & again but they just didn't want to help me at all!! Now that behaviour is so atrocious & bad manner's!!! those people sitting up there on their fat bums in the call centre just don't give a fat dame about any customer's at all!!! They just sit there all day long & send out sms that if you don't pay then you line gets cut! & when you try to call them they keep on transferring you to the next person & then the phone is put down on you!! That is very annoying!!! Something needs to be done about those people who just don't give a dam at all!! They need to be FIRED!!!!!!
