Very poor service

Good day<br> my wife had a contract with Nashua mobile but since Nashua mobile has closed down, Altec auto page has now take over her contract. In the 2 years of her having her contract, she has never depleted her 2 gigs of data. We are now with Altec auto page and she uses 2 gigs of data in less than 17 days. We called the Altec auto page website last night 14/07/2015 to query whats the problem. The call center agent tells use we need to register on there website and need to pay R21.00 so we can see why my wifes data is been depleted. <br> <br> I dont see why we have to pay to find out why is our data been depleted.<br> <br> Altec auto page is the worst service provider i have ever come across. i had a problem with there service 9 years ago and never used them again. When my wife told me that Altec auto page is taking over her contracts i told her she will have a problem.
