VERY poor customer service
I have been struggling several months to have a 1GIG data bundle added to my account. This has been guaranteed to be done and has not been done. <br> <br> I am still awaiting a refund for this not being done as well, but this seems to also not be done. <br> <br> I am not happy with this level of service at all.
