Very poor administration and shocking service

Since I upgraded my phone and contract, I have had nothing but a bungled mess. Autopage cannot get anything right and my emails and data get cut off due to THEIR total misadministration. The major problem, however, is their extremely poor response to my complaint. It never gets resolved. They promise to get back to me and never do, they pass the buck from one department to the next, my bill continues to be a mess and I am left dangling with an unresolved problem. This has gone on for weeks now. I have been with Autopage for as long as I can remember - maybe about 15 to 20 years - and the service recently is simply disgusting.
