Very disappointed and unsatified with Autopage

Hi Hellopeter<br> <br> I received a invoice from Altech Autopage for the amount of over R2000.<br> This is suppose to be an upgrade of the amount of R380.<br> My new contract states that my contract is now R499- and I get 500MD free, 200 SMS free, 75minutes free and there after I must recharge my phone.<br> Now on this invoice it shows that they are billing me for everything and anything.<br> On there shows I am getting bil**** over R1300- for internet usage!!!<br> I am with vodacom.<br> Theres no ways I could of used over so much in internet usages.<br> At night my data is off, during the day I work and put it on every now an then to check if any whatsapp messges.<br> I sent Autopage services email enquiring this invoice on the 10th February 2015.<br> Till now I have not received any response what so ever.<br> I have emailed them again and still nothing.<br> This is pathetic.<br> Does this mean they going to debt that amount end of the month!!<br> If this is the cause then I will rather cancell my contract- not worth my time.<br> Its ridiculous.<br> I have researched, 500MD is R99, 1GIG is R149, 2GIG is R279 from vodacom if I recharge off my phone myself.<br> <br> Regards<br> Lina
