very bad service from support center to port no

I have been trying to port my already Cell -C service provider number from Altech Autopage to cell-C for more than a month now. My contract has already expired with Autopage . Cell -C tried to port the number for 2 weeks but they could not do it. I phoned the service centre for assistance ref no 831792 , 831793 , 852518, 852520 and 854015. Eventually Altech said I have to change the number to a pre-paid number to be able to move my existing number to cell-C. With ref no 854015 they said it would be done between 23 and 28 Sep 2015. Still nothing happened. I have phoned the customer service again today, and now I am told that I have to wait a another 3 months before they can change my number to a pre-paid number. During this call the phone were cut off and nobody bothered to phone me back. I think this is terrible service Please help
