Very bad service - accounts

Auto Page Cellular Family Top-up contract<br> I am VERY unsatisfied with Altech Auto page Cellular - One of the marketing officials phoned me regarding an additional service and I said I do NOT WANT to confirm telephonically - he must send an e-mail to me to look at the service before I can decide, however, suddenly AUTOPAGE deducted an additional amount from my cheque account.. [Apparently for the 'S' drive that I DID NOT REQUEST.During August / September 2015 I phoned AUTOPAGE and complaint and the person informed me that AUTOPAGE will reimburse me for the additional amounts and rectify my instalment - to be R147.50 again - this NEVER HAPPENED - in fact, the instalment even increased MORE to over R200 per month - which is totally unacceptable.I phoned the 21st of January 2016 again- spoke to Reference of call = 872062 He said within two [2] Auto page will reimburse me AND rectify my instalment to initial amount of R147.50. On the 25th January 2016 I received sms that they credited my account with R499.99 - however it did not reflect on my cheque account.On the 30th of January 2016 Altech Autopage deducted yet again R214.49 from my cheque account - AGAIN THE INCORRECT AMOUNT!
