VERY BAD service
Last month I emailed you guys 3 times asking my March bill and you told me that you sorry it won't happen again but the same thing it happens again this month and I have emailed you 3 times again this month but I haven't heard anything from you guys I tried to phone you but I was placed on hold for long time. This is a BAD VERY BAD service from you guys but when it comes to month end you not wasting time to debit my money in my account but I have to struggle to get my billing.
